The Arvard Ardboyz and Pandemonium Books and Games welcome you to our first ever Bits Bazaar! 

What's a Bits Bazaar you ask? Well it's an opportunity for you and your fellow hobbyists to gather together and buy/sell/trade your unwanted/used sprues, full unit boxes, bits, and unwanted units/models to sell.

EVENT PURCHASES WILL BE DONE VIA STORE CREDIT
Meaning if you wish to buy an item at the event, you will pay the store and the seller will receive that amount in store credit. Additionally, if you'd like to equal out a trade with purchasing store credit, you can do so.

Once you've purchased a ticket, we ask that you sign up on the spreadsheet linked here. This will help track store credit accrued during the event.

 

Important Information:
No attendee of the event may leave items they brought to the store after the conclusion of the event. Each attendee
is solely responsible for the items they bring into the event. Pandemonium has no responsibility for items lost or stolen during the event. All sales are final and may not be refunded after the event.

RULES FOR ATTENDING: 

 

• Proof of vaccination is no longer required. If COVID levels rise, masking will be required. We will make an announcement about this on our website and social media if re-instated. 
• Photos may be taken at events to be used in our social media or promotional materials. Please inform the staff member running the event if you do not want your photo taken.
  
• Advance online registration is required.
• Anyone not registered in an ongoing event will not be allowed in the event space to maintain capacity limits.
• No food will be allowed in our event space for the time being. Drinking is allowed.
